Do you need help choosing your treatment?
Our spa reservation department will assist you in planning the perfect spa experience based on your specific needs.

Do you have special health considerations?
Please notify our reservation department if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments, special needs or if you are pregnant. 

Is there an age requirement to use the spa?
All spa guests must be 16 years of age or older to schedule a treatment or use the fitness center.

Cellular Phones
For your comfort as well as others, all cellular phones must be turned off upon entering the spa.

When should I arrive?
We suggest you arrive 20 minutes prior to your treatment appointment to complete paperwork, shop in our reception area and enjoy a steam and shower in our luxuriously appointed locker rooms.

What should I wear?
Most body treatments and massages are enjoyed without clothing; however, please wear what is comfortable for you.  During all treatments, the body is fully draped except for the area that is being addressed at that time.  Before and after your treatments, robes and sandals are provided.  Please leave valuable items at home or in your guest room.  Daily lockers are available for your use during the spa visit.

Should I shave before a treatment?
Shaving is recommended for men before a facial at least 2 hours prior the scheduled treatment time.  Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatment or hair removal service.

What is the cancellation policy?
We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 6 hours in advance for individual services and 24 hours in advance for multiple services.  A 50% charge will be applied to your credit card for failure to following this policy.  Any no-show appointments will be charged the full service price.  Packages, holidays periods and peak season policies may be more restrictive.

How are payment and gratuities handled?  \
Cash, all major credit cards, personal checks and traveler’s checks are accepted.  Hotel guests may also charge the service to their room.  A gratuity of 20% is automatically added to your treatment.  Additional gratuities are graciously accepted.

Valuables
The Spa is not responsible for damage or loss of your personal belongings.  Our recommendation is not to brig valuables to the spa.

Are gift certificates available?
Spa gift certificates are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, relaxation and beauty to the special people in your life.  They are fit for any occasion and can be purchased at the spa reception desk.  Gift certificates may be purchased for any dollar amount or for any service or package.
